A building team that takes ownership, not shortcuts
Ultra Build has specialised in commercial building across the Wellington region for over 20 years — interior partitioning, office fitouts, retail and hospitality spaces, education centres and light commercial upgrades.
On the residential side we've built new homes all over the greater Wellington area, from Paraparaumu Beach to the Hutt Valley. We work closely with designers, architects and trusted subcontractors to make your plans real.

Site visit & brief
We meet on site, listen to what you need, and flag anything that will affect cost or consent early — before you've spent money on drawings.

Clear written quote
A fixed, itemised proposal with allowances spelled out, so you can compare like with like and know what's included.

Build & project manage
Jamie runs the programme, trades, council inspections and health and safety. You get weekly updates and no surprises.

Handover & aftercare
A proper walkthrough, warranties and documentation. We stay available for the small things that come up afterwards.
